The apartment is very large, spacious and clean. The location is excellent for Universal Studios (especially Epic Universe) and all of the restaurants and entertainment of International Drive. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within easy walking distance and a few local restaurants and cafes. The apartment had great space for a family of four and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and utility. We had a few small queries at the start of our stay which our host helped with in a very fast and friendly way. Overall we had a great stay!" (5/5) - **Derek**: "Great host with great communication. The place was squeaky clean! Recommend you definitely check this place out. There is also a bar at the community pool which was great after a long day at the Convention Center" (5/5) - **James**: "Clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Walking distance to convention centers. Peaceful surroundings. Nice pool and kid area." (5/5) - **Ryan**: "Overall, our stay mostly met expectations. The condo matched the description and pictures in the listing. The condo is spacious and comfortable. However, there are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed in the apartment. The dryer gave errors and did not dry properly. The kitchen amenities were lacking. The host is stingy on supplying basic products like washer pods and soap, especially for multi-day stays. The patio door lock sticks, and there are some other minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem on our last day, and no one was available at either the emergency number or the number during business hours. The building management locked us out of our room (codes changed) early on our last day and we had a difficult time gaining entry again while we were trying to pack up and check out." (4/5) - **Taylor**: "Our stay at Renata’s Waterscape Deluxe Condo was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself is beautiful—spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, which made it easy to relax and recharge after long days at our cheer competition.
The property was very quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Monica was an amazing host—so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating to our busy competition schedule. When we found out last minute that we needed to stay through Sunday, she went out of her way to help us with a later checkout, which we truly appreciated.
Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend!" (5/5) - **Donald**: "Very good location and clean" (5/5) - **Diego**: "Very nice apartment, well provided in a great location. Midpoint between airport and parks. Highly recommendable." (5/5) - **Michal**: "We had a great stay! The host replied promptly. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireworks also!" (5/5) - **Marie**: "Great location just a mile away from epic universe. Place is clean and free of clutter. It’s a short vacation for us but it was more than adequate for what we needed. Thanks for hosting."
