- **Kyaw**: "Monica’s place was conveniently located for the purpose of my trip — there are a lot of nearby attractions, restaurants, and the convention center (Orange County). She was responsive throughout the stay. The only hiccup was when the door code stopped working prior to the checkout time of 10 AM, which was resolved relatively quickly after attempts at communication. Overall, it is a nice quiet place that is conveniently located within a gated community." (5/5)
- **Nicole**: "We loved the place. It was clean and a great location for Universal Studios." (5/5)

The door lock code didn't work at first, but Miranda was very attentive and resolved the issue after a few resets of the code. The stay was very pleasant. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the community's amenities. I would enjoy staying here again and recommend it to others looking for an affordable and roomy place to stay close to Universal parks & Convention center." (4/5)
- **Hannah**: "Very spacious, comfortable unit with great amenities. Location is ideal for trade show events – the Orange County Convention Center is just a couple minutes from the front door to the parking lot. Highly recommended!" (5/5)
