Resort Information

Beach and Outdoor

Rinse off at the beach showers before coming back inside. Don't sit on indoor furniture in a wet swimsuit. Each guest gets one pool/beach towel (extras are available at the front desk). Missing or unreturned towels are charged at $25 USD each.

Pool

Follow all posted pool rules. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. We're not liable for injuries in the pool, restaurant, or other shared facilities.

Wi-Fi and TVs

The network name and password are in your pre-arrival email and posted inside the apartment. Each unit has a TV with cable and streaming apps. Bring your own login credentials for Netflix, Disney+, and the like.

Trash

At Mareazul, bag your trash and drop it in the bins under the exterior stairs (look for the glass door). At Vista Cay, trash is collected daily from outside your unit.

Baby Gear

A pack-n-play is available free at Mareazul, subject to availability. Request it before your arrival.

Property Care

Playa del Carmen's climate attracts insects, so keep food covered. Don't move furniture, and if you do, return it before you leave. Keep balcony doors closed when the AC is running, and turn it off when you head out.
